Begonia serratipetala

Begonia serratipetala is a striking shrub-like species from New Guinea. The leaves are a dark bronze with pink spots on them. The pink spots are more pronounced in very strong light. It has a bushy growth habit and will make a nice hanging basket. It has small clusters of bright pink flowers. The margins of the leaves and flower petals are serrated.

Care of Begonia serratipetala:
Shade to partial sun, temp. 60 to 90 degrees, 15 to 24 in. tall, allow getting slightly dry between waterings
