Strobilanthes dyerianus ‘Exotica’
Strobilanthes dyerianus ‘Exotica’ is a tropical shrub, native to New Guinea. It is sometimes called “Persian Shield”. The long narrow leaves are dark green with two lines of brilliant purple on each side. It makes a great contrasting foliage plant for a shady flower bed or a nice pot specimen.
Care of Strobilanthes dyerianus ‘Exotica’:
Shade to partial shade, temp. 50 to 100 degrees, 2 to 3 ft. tall. Allow to get slightly dry between waterings.
